Importation & Distribution Project Manager / IT Consultant May 2005 - Present Ribtex embarked on the development of an IT Strategy and engaged Stephen to plan and manage this process. Stephen organised and facilitated the workshops with senior business executives, and coordinated the delivery of the final strategy report. Stephen was subsequently further engaged to manage and deliver several initiatives arising from this activity, including: - Upgrade of the existing IT infrastructure environment, including server consolidation, networking, firewalls, VPN’s and associated security services.
- Implementation of EDI with one of Ribtex major suppliers.
- Developing training and support programs for internal IT and non-IT staff.

Duties: - Establishment of an integrated data repository for data from a diversity of internal and external sources.
